Jessica Morales joined CANY in 2004, when the team was just eight people. Starting out by solving anything and everything outside of architecture and engineering, she grew with the company and is now Chief Operating Officer. Leaning into technology and having fulfilled every internal role, Jessica brings rare insight into how CANY expanded without losing its values. She attributes that to the culture she helps foster at CANY where people are matched with roles that suit their skills and interest, releasing them to do their best work in a company still known for its pioneering spirit.
