Jaime Chavez, Director of Operations at CANY, is known as a natural teacher, generously sharing the knowledge he’s gained since starting as a junior drafter in 2003. Joking that he’s held every title going, Jaime has helped carry forward the empowering spirit of CANY’s early days, when everyone shared one table and learned from each other. As a leader who likes fixing things properly and finishing well, he sees his role as a facilitator, creating space for others to grow into who they want to be, and fostering a culture where no one’s afraid to ask questions.
